**Existing members can go online to check the status of their case 24/7 by going to www.CreditMembershipDept.com then:

1. Click Client Login (located at the top right of the page)
2. Enter you email address as your Username
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security # as your Password
4. Then click Login
